SharpCue provides prediction market analytics, portfolio tools, paper trading, and optional live-trading integrations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our website and mobile application.

  • Usage and session information such as login timestamps, device type, browser, approximate IP-based location, and app or site activity needed for security and support.
  • Trading-related settings and connected account data you choose to provide, such as API credentials, platform preferences, auto-trade settings, and balance or order data retrieved from connected services.
  • Support and communication data, including support tickets, email preferences, and newsletter history.
  • Mobile app technical data, such as push notification tokens, when you grant permission.

Connected Accounts and Credentials

If you choose to connect services such as Kalshi or Polymarket, SharpCue stores the credentials and settings required to provide the features you enable. Those credentials are used solely to support the functionality you request, such as fetching balances, displaying positions, or executing trades under your configured permissions.

Third-Party Services

SharpCue may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication support, payments, email delivery, market data, and connected brokerage or exchange functionality. Your use of those integrated services may also be subject to their own privacy terms and policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help operate SharpCue, with integrated platforms you explicitly connect, or where required by law, security needs, or corporate transaction requirements.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security logs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

  • You can update certain profile settings inside your account.

  • You can disconnect or remove third-party credentials you have added.
